Well, once again a weekend came and Richard raced. He took a 2nd, 1st,
and 3rd overall in each one and placed 2nd/1st/1st for his age group
giving him the overall series championship. This time around he took
3rd and one of the guys that beat him is a pro cyclist.

Nice work. Oh ya, then he ran 14 miles the next day at 6:40 pace on the
HLC. Pretty tough weekend.
