Temp: Somewhere in the teens

Course: hilly, snow packed for most, couple inches on for the last mile
and a half on a bike path.

Richard ran yet another strong race just 2 weeks after his marathon, the
guy’s an animal. From a reliable source, I was told, that he ran the
final couple of miles extremely strong, however, without his running
shoe crampons he might have taken 8th instead of 7th. I also have been
told that the 8th place finisher will be ready and is accepting any
challenges for the 10 miler at Frosy’s Frozen 5 at Chatfield on January
20th and will also have crampons if necessary.

Nice job Richard, 39:01 on that course with those conditions is very tough.
